PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart illumination changes to a signboard and to enhance its advertisement effect by increasing and decreasing the light quantity of a fluorescent lamp, which is the light source of the internally illuminated signboard. SOLUTION: A stepwise dimmer comprising a signal-generating circuit 5, a photocoupler 6, an anode fire circuit 9, a phase control circuit 10, a triac 8, 6 resistor 11 for stabilizing control, etc., is installed to the input side of a fluorescent lamp lighting circuit. |
