PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet capable of pattern printing with an electroconductive ink or electrical insulation ink, causing no blocking under highly humid conditions, and producing stable potential difference even under low-humid conditions, by coating one side of a substrate with a specific coating composition followed by drying. SOLUTION: This sheet is obtained by coating at least one side of a substrate with a coating composition comprising (A) a deliquescent inorganic salt, (B) a colloidal silica, and (C) a water-based binder followed by drying to provide a coating layer. It is preferable that the amount of the component A to be included, except crystal water, is 20-100 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the silica included in the component B, and the component C is an aqueous emulsion of a self-crosslinkable copolymer resin bearing reactive functional group. |
