PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of information transfer by connecting an information storage device to one or more information devices via a communication medium, receiving and storing external information to the information storage device according to a procedure specified in advance and transferring the stored information to the specified information device in advance through the communication medium. SOLUTION: A CPU 16 of an information storage device 1 reads a current time from a timer circuit RTC 19, and when a time to receive contents of a home page of the Internet comes by referring to 'information acquisition time, time data' in an information storage table of an RAM 18, the terminal 1 receives the content and stores it to an HDD 13. Then contents of the information storage table in the RAM 18 are rearranged according to a transfer priority ranking, IDs with higher priority are retrieved and the contents stored in the HDD 18 are transferred to an information terminal 2 with an ID being an information transfer destination. Thus, the preset information is automatically transferred to the portable information terminals 2 in the order of higher priority so as to enhance the information transfer efficiency. |
