<p>The proximity detector comprises two terminals which are connected to a load circuit, comprising an external source of supply in series with the load. The detector comprises a device producing a switching signal (S) in response to the presence or approach of an object. The device includes an MOS type transistor (T1) whose drain-source channel provides a conduction route connecting the terminal (15) of the detector to a control input of the power switch (30), in the closed state of the detector. A regulator (45) is coupled to the first transistor to keep it saturated in the closed state of the detector, and to regulate its grid voltage in the open state of the detector. The regulator (45) comprises two bipolar transistors.</p> |
