<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that the crack is generated in a color filter by a method wherein color filters in an identical color are subdivided so as to be arranged independently in each of respective image pickup elements. SOLUTION: For example, patterns 4R, to be dyed, which are to be used as subdivided and independent color filters are arranged with reference to image pickup elements 2R for a red-signal input, and the patterns 4R to be dyed are dyed so as to become red color filters 3R. As a result, a dyeing condition to the respective patterns 4R, to be dyed, which are to be used as the red color filters 3R arranged in the respective image pickup elements 2R for a red-signal input becomes nearly identical. Consequently, the color characteristic of the respective red color filters 3R becomes homogeneous. As a result, a stress in a postbaking operation in a dyeing treatment is reduced, and a crack is not generated at a part in the color filters.</p> |
