<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation pipe which is easy in manufacture and excellent in quality, has the stable structure free from any ejection or pull-out of the heat insulation material, and prevent the generation of condensation. SOLUTION: An inner pipe 1 is formed by spirally winding the hard vinyl chloride resin strip in the semi-molten condition, a strip-shaped heat insulation material 2' made of foamed polyethylene resin which is non-adhesive or difficult in adhesion to the inner pipe 1 made of hard vinyl chloride resin is similarly and spirally wound over the inner pipe 1 to form a heat insulation layer 2, and inner and outer end parts at the jointing surface of the firstly wound strip- shaped heat insulation material part with the secondly wound strip-shaped heat insulation material are fused with each other to realize the integrated adhesion 4, 5. In addition, the generation of condensation is prevented by wholly exposing the surface of the heat insulation layer 2 or by covering the surface with an outer surface made of nonwoven fabric to absorb the water content.</p> |
