PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the abnormality in the case that the abnormal fluctuation of a money amount or the like occurs by collating the ID data of the storage medium and the already registered storage medium and comparing money amount data at the time of using the registered storage medium in a prescribed processing unit. SOLUTION: When an A card whose ID data are A is inserted into a prescribed CR unit 10 and the read of the card is ended, the ID data of the card registered inside the memory 5 of the respective CR units 10 are read and whether or not the same ID data as the A card are present is collated. As the result of collation, in the case that the ID data matched with the ID data of the A card are present, the respective money amount data are compared. Then, in the case that the money amount data of the A card indicate a value larger than the money amount data of the already registered card, it is processed and reported as an unauthorized card. In the case that the money amount data are the same or less, the A card is defined as an appropriate one and the money amount data are updated and registered in the memory 5. |
