The invention concerns a rotary device (R) for changing parts to be machined by a machine-tool (M), consisting of a supporting table (100) which, comprising at least two pallet supports (110 and 120) arranged at regular angular interval for receiving each a part-carrying pallet (210 and 220), is mounted rotating (arrow F) between the machining station (300) of the machine-tool (M) and the post for supplying (400) part-carrying pallets (210 and 220) arranged opposite said machining station (300). This device is characterised in that said supporting table (100) is mounted pivoting about its central axis (Y) and tilting between a horizontal position and an inclined position (angle "a") relative to the hor izontal plane. The invention is useful for changing parts for a machine-tool.
