The rack, which will usually be on a trolley, consists of a frame (2), which is built-up from a number of columns (3) in between which a number of platforms are placed. The top of the frame is formed by a horizontal plate (5). Each platform (4), taken in cross section, consists of a flat support surface (7). This surface lies, when the platform is in its normal position, at an angle of approximately 10 degrees to the horizontal sloping backwards. The platforms further have sidewalls and a rear wall (12) which lies parallel to the rear of the rack.
