The pivot lever for unlocking a door locking mechanism is pivotable in relation to the housing around a pivot axis parallel to the direction of travel. A blocking device prevents an undesired opening of the door by a lateral acceleration, as the result of which the forces act on the pivot lever and/or the manoeuvring device, which may be adequate to unlock the door locking mechanism. The blocking mechanism incorporates a movably located stop component, which is moved by the lateral acceleration in relation to the pivot lever, blocking its pivot path. The stop component (6) is so located on the pivot lever (2) that under the effect of the forces there is a relative movement between the pivot lever (2) and the stop component (6). As a result of this, the stop component (6) works in conjunction with a stop (14) fixed to the housing, in order to block the pivot path of the pivot lever (2).
