PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip for a slide door that obviates any possible seal break due to the overturn of a hollow seal part, and also preventing those of water and wind from penetrating into a car, besides being excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: An overturn preventing stopper 20 of a hollow seal part 5 is installed in a side wall 5a at the opposite side to the admission side of a slide door 1 of this hollow part 5 at the specified part of a weather strip for this slide door which is equipped with a mounting base 4 to be attached to a body opening edge 3 of this slide door 1 moving along a car body, and the hollow seal part 5 being integrally formed in this mounting base 4, and sealing the inside and outside of the car after elastically contacting with the slide door 1. In addition, a pad member 21 is installed into the hollow seal part 5 being opposed to the stopper member 20 and both of them are coupled together with a pin 22. |
