PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut an adhesive film only and an adhesive film including a mount selectively by single cutting pen by supporting a tip part in such a manner that it can advance and retract for a holder through an elastic member. SOLUTION: A cutting pen 6 consists of a holder 62 fixed on a plunger 61 which is a case and a reel-out body 67 which is screw-fitted in the holder 62, holds it, and adjusts projection amount of a blade of a cutter main body 65. A tip part 68 is formed into a cylindrical shape, is locked in the plunger 61, and can slide along the holder 62. Moreover, a spring 69 which is a compression spring as an elastic member is constituted in such a manner that the tip part 68 is energized toward the direction of a tip of the cutting pen 6 at all times. The tip part 68 is brought into pressure-contact with a medium to be cut, and furthermore, the tip part 68 is moved to a holder 62 side against energizing force of the spring 69 to perform cutting in such a manner that the cutting pen 6 is brought into pressure-contact with it. |
