This device comprises contrivances (1) which trigger mechanical means (2) located upstream of the mechanical means (2) and mutually spaced in the direction of their crossing such that on crossing over the triggering contrivances (1) a vehicle exceeding speed limit triggers off the vertical movement of the mechanical means (2).</p> |
