<p>The invention relates to a method for connecting a radio transmitter and a radio receiver to the same antenna, and a transceiver arrangement. According to the method, the radio transmitter and receiver operate alternately, typically on a TDMA principle. An electrically controllable switch (12) adjusts the impedance of the receiver (17) such that the impedance is high when the radio transmitter (18) is transmitting a signal and low when the radio receiver (17) is receiving a signal. A transmission line (11) is provided between the transmitter filter (13) and the antenna (10). The transmission line (11) is designed so as to form a high impedance with the transmitter filter (13) for a signal to be received from the antenna (10). The transmission line (11) forms a bent-path filter with the transmitter filter (13) for a signal to be transmitted. The invention allows high transmission powers to be used and reduces both attenuation and intermodulation during transmission.</p> |
