The printing device for printing shapes, relief images and/or wordings onto the surfaces of double pastry "ravioli" (R) consists of two coupled rolls, a printing roll (1) and a smooth roll (2), mechanically connected, with a chain or other, to the stamp (RL), (RF), (RT) of said "ravioli" (R) so as to have a synchronized working, and through which passes an alimentary pastry layer (S) that is squeezed according to the shapes and structures on said roll (1) so as to obtain, due to the squeezing, figures and/or wordings that appear in relief on the surface of said pastry (S) and, once the pastry layer (S) has been coupled with the pastry layer (S') for shaping, filling and cutting of said "ravioli" (R), said figures and/or wordings can be seen even after cooking.
