PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tacky adhesive tape having improved sounddeadening performance and workability and producible in a continuous form. SOLUTION: A tacky adhesive layer 12 is formed by coating a surface of a substrate 11 made of a nonwoven cotton fabric with a tacky adhesive composition containing independent closed cells. The tacky adhesive composition is produced by using an elastomer as a base and compounding one or plural kinds of foaming agents capable of forming closed cells with heat to the base within a compounding range to enable the development of tacky adhesivity. A releasing agent layer 13 is formed on a surface of the substrate 11 opposite to the tacky adhesive layer 12.
