A thermoplastic elastomer composition which can attain an improvement in the flexibility (at both ordinary and low temperatures), oil resistance and low-temperature resistance of a hose by making the inner and/or outer tube from the hose from the composition and which permits the production of a hose without vulvanization, thus lowering the production cost; a hose having the above characteristics wherein the inner and/or outer tube is made from the composition; and a process and equipment for the production of the hose.
