FIELD: mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: method including extraction of sapropel hydromass from sapropel deposit in water reservoir with formation of trenches to all depth of deposit followed by dehydration of hydromass is distinguished with the following. Intake end on suction hose of dredge ship is dipped into deposit to the depth at least equal to upper bed of sapropel of inhabitation zone of reservoir organisms. Formation of trenches is performed by displacing hose with end having temporary slots behind with mobile meeting walls. Sapropel hydromass is pumped out below mentioned upper bed of deposit. As sapropel is worked out and upper bed gradually sinks, hose with end displaces to the bottom of deposit. Hydromass is drawn through pressure line into continuous-operation installation to be dehydrated by separation and drying. According to invention, prior to be dehydrated, hydromass is liberated from heavier sludge consisting of sand grains. So hydromass is enriched in respect to organic constituents, whereas sand, including that with adhered sapropel particles in the form of sand concentrate enriched in sapropel is used both as fertilizer and for manufacturing building materials. In addition, hydromass before dehydration is heated and treated with sodium hydroxide. Mix is agitated until aqueous solutions of humates are formed, which are further dehydrated, for example, by evaporation to produce humate concentrate powder with wide possibilities of application. During the operation, viability in reservoir and its ecological capacity are preserved. Method is fully wasteless. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. |
