PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bag body from slipping between a foamed layer and a substrate body when the bag body is inflated. SOLUTION: A rib 42 of approximately U-shape to be projected to a surface skin 30 is formed on a door insert 32 of an air bag door 14. The inflation load of a bag body can be directly transmitted to a breakage part 40, and sure breakage can be realized from the breakage part 40 without any separation between layers. As a result, a part of the inflated bag body can be prevented from slipping between a foamed layer 20 and a surface skin 16, or between the foamed layer 20 and an instrument panel core 18, and the surface skin 16 or the foamed layer 20 is prevented from being scattered. |
