摘要 |
FIELD: measurement technology, commercial tests of precision digital-to-analog converters. SUBSTANCE: three different voltages are measured with each fixed voltage of calibrator: difference between output voltages calibrator and of tested digital-to-analog converter in i-th point of both characteristics; difference between half-voltage of calibrator picked off midpoint of resistive divider and voltage of tested digital-to-analog converter corresponding to half-value of code of i-th point; same difference is picked off with change of positions of arms of resistive divider. Value of nonlinearity for point (i+1) is calculated as difference between mean arithmetic values of second and third measurements and half-difference of first measurement and nonlinearity of characteristic found for i-th point. EFFECT: increased precision of measurement of nonlinearity with reduced requirements for metrological characteristics of standard calibrator. |
