PURPOSE: To obtain a drawn molding, useful for cushioning materials, etc., for packaging and having a surface gloss by forming a staple fiber aggregate into a nonwoven fabric and then setting the gloss starting voltage within a specific range. CONSTITUTION: This molding is obtained by forming a staple fiber aggregate into a nonwoven fabric according to a method, etc., for producing a cross-laid nonwoven fabric and setting the gloss starting voltage on the surface of the nonwoven fabric at 50-90V, preferably 65-80V according to a method for regulating the mixing ratio of glossy staple fibers comprising single fibers of a section having at least one side with a straight-line part having >=30μm length, etc. Thereby, the deep drawing is readily carried out to afford a hot molding improved in surface gloss. |
