FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber 10 with ceiling 16, floor 12 and walls 18,20. Mounting construction 32 is positioned in chamber 10 to support two rows 34,36 of pallets, onto which agricultural products are laid, so that agricultural products 24 are separated from walls 18,20 by space, through which circulating fluid is running around products 24. Rows 34,36 of products 24 are in spaced relation one with respect to the other. Each row 34,36 of products 24 has upper tier 42 and lower tier 38 separated by vertical gap between them. Flexible sealing strip 64 is fixed to mounting construction 32 to isolate vertical gap between tiers from space with circulating fluid. Mechanism 68,70 is adapted to regulate withdrawal of fluid from space between rows 34, 36 and introduce controlled volume of fluid into space with circulating fluid to create pressure difference between above mentioned spaces. As a result homogeneous controlled volume of fluid is running about products 24 laid on pallets. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation and improved quality of products. |
