PURPOSE: To improve the heat resistance and pressure resistance of a special forming core, to improve the productivity, to reduce the cost, and to improve the quality of a formed article by achieving the pressurized pouring of the molten metal in a forming die while flowing the fluid in a core body. CONSTITUTION: An inlet 7 provided in an upper die 2 is matched with the inlet side of a tube P provided in a special forming core 1. An outlet provided in a lower die 3 is matched with the outlet side of the tube P provided in the special forming core 1. The special forming core 1 is arranged between the upper die 2 and the lower die 3 to form a die 4 having a hollow part 5. The molten metal such as the molten aluminum is poured into the hollow part 5 formed in the mold 4 by applying the pressure according to the material of the casting while continuously flowing the fluid in the tube P. Because the special forming core 1 is forcibly cooled by the continuous flowing of the fluid in the tube P, the heat resistance and pressure resistance against the molten metal are remarkably improved to eliminate the thermal deformation or pressure deformation. |
