The diesel fuel oil compd. comprises general diesel oil having the boiling point of 150-400 deg. C, metal additive and its stabilizing agent. The metal additive consists of a aliphatic acid metal salt selected from Li, Na, Fe, Co, Ni, Ce, Mo, W and La. The aliphatic acid has 3-50 carbons and added to the diesel fuel oil in 10-1,000 ppm. The stabilizing agent of the metal additive is selected from the groups of aliphatic amine having 4-24 carbons, ethoxy compd. of fatty amine, propoxy compd. of fatty amine, fatty diamine, amine polymers of 500-10,000 molecular weight, aliphatic acid of 4-24 carbons, and aliphatic alcohol of 3-24 acrbons. These stabilizing agent is added to the diesel fuel oil in 10-2,000 ppm.
