PURPOSE: To improve the precision of plans for diagnosis and treatment by sampling the position information of a common anatomical feature point from different three-dimensional image data photographed in the same area of a patient, performing the alignment of relative coordinates as a unified coordinate system and converting and displaying an image after applying position matching. CONSTITUTION: The three-dimensional image data DataA, DataB are loaded on the working memory of a feature information sampling part 8, and a world coordinate conversion part 9 converts the position information of a feature point calculated by the feature information sampling part 8 to the coordinates of the world coordinate system that is an orthogonal coordinate system on a real space, and unifies the structure of coordinate data between both three- dimensional image data. A transformation matrix calculation part 10 finds the transformation matrix of the relative coordinate system by using the coordinate data of the feature points of the DataA, DataB, and performs the position matching of both three-dimensional image data by the relative coordinate system. Thence, the image to be displayed from position-matched three-dimensional image data by an image generating part 11 is generated, and displayed on an image display part 4. |
