摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a coated cemented carbide alloy cutting tool having hard coated layers excellent in interlayer adhesion. CONSTITUTION: In a coated cemented carbide alloy cutting tool, the surface of a cemented carbide alloy body comprises a first layer, TiN layer with granulated crystal structure, a second layer, TiCN layer with longitudinal growth crystal structure, a third layer, TiC layer with granulated crystal structure, a forth layer, TiCO layer or TiCNO layer with granulated crystal structure, a fifth layer, Al2 O3 with structure mainly comprising copper type crystal, and a sixth layer, TiN layer with granulated crystal structure when necessary. In addition, a hard coating layer, in which at least W and Co out of the components composing the base body of the grain boundaries of the first to third layers are diffusively included, has layer thickness of 3 to 30μm in average.
