<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability by removing the influence of a transient state and shortening nonsensitive time in which a stability index value can not be found out due to the transient state. CONSTITUTION:A transient state detecting device 2 detects the generation and convergence of a transient state of a plant based upon a change in a neuron flux signal. A control device 3 outputs a control signal for shortening signal measuring time to a self-correlation value arithmetic unit 1 in response to the detection of transident state generation from the device 2 and the unit 1 executes operation based upon the shortened signal measuring time. Thereby nonsensitive time can be shortened only by time corresponding to the shortened signal measuring time. Then the device 3 returns the signal measuring time to the original time after the lapse of prescribed time in response to the detection of transient state convergence by the device 2. Consequently a time band in which the predicting accuracy of a stability index value is reduced can be shortened.</p> |
