PURPOSE:To easily and economically mold a hollow FRP molding having excellent mechanical characteristics required in a structural member by performing pultrusion using a vinyl ester resin under the same conditions as an unsaturated polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:A matrix prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl ester resin, 10-100 pts.wt. of an inorg. filler, 2-8 pts.wt. a curing agent and 2-5 pts.wt. of a release agent is used to perform pultrusion based on fiber reinforced material constitution A wherein the outermost layer becoming the surface of a molded product is formed from a mat layer and the first layer inside the mat layer is set to a roving layer and the intermediate layer between both layers is formed by alternately laminating mat layers and cloth layers or fiber reinforced material constitution B wherein the outermost layer becoming the surface of a molding is formed from a mat layer and the first layer inside the mat layer is set to a roving layer and the intermediate layer between both layers is formed by laminating a mat layer, a cloth layer and a roving layer so that two or more fiber reinforced material layers of the same kind are not superposed one upon another. |
