<p>PURPOSE:To provide a bush structure wherein the assembly is easy, and the outside diameter is small, by extending the axial both ends of an intermediate cylinder toward the end surface into an taper shape, fitting a tapered roller bearing between respective taper part inner peripheral surface and the inner cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the intermediate cylinder, and restricting the movement of the tapered roller bearing in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:In the assembly of a bush, a tapered roller bearing 6 is fitted in from the right end side of an inner cylinder 1 and slid leftward until the inner race 6a is brought in contact with a projecting part 1a. Next, a bush main body 5 is inserted from the right side of the inner cylinder 1 and slid leftward until a taper part 2a on the right side is brought in contact with a roller 6b of a first tapered roller bearing 6. Then, a second tapered roller bearing 7 is coaxially inserted from the right side of the inner cylinder 1 and slid leftward until respective rollers 7b are brought in contact with the taper part 2a inner peripheral surface of the intermediate cylinder 2. And a ring nut 8 is attached and screwed to an external thread part of the inner cylinder 1 until it is brought in contact with the inner race 7a extended surface of the second tapered roller bearing 7, so as to restrict the movement in the axial direction rightward from both tapered roller bearings 6, 7.</p> |
