PURPOSE:To classify records conforming to plural code conditions into herarchical structure with content as designated and outputs them only by disgnating the code condition representing a target item in correspondance with plural items when an output level and an output record are extracted to obtain a desired slip. CONSTITUTION:When a tabulation level is designated from an input part 1, and the code conditions representing the target items when the output record is extracted are designated in correspondance with the plural items, the records that conform to the plural code conditions are read out of a prescribed file, and they are outputted in sequence of level from a printer 15 by enabling to deal with a designated tabulation level. |
