PURPOSE: To obtain an easy opening and re-closable pouch, which can be formed/filled/sealed in high-speed by sealing a product in a package, providing a sealingly peelable seal strip between a food product contained inside and a closing fastener. CONSTITUTION: Each of closing members 24, 26 is provided with generally flat outer surface 28, 30 sealed by oriented respectively walls, has an interengagable fastener member 32, 34 extending horizontally on the inner surface, and has a re-closing characteristics against a pouch 10. An unpeelable upper strip 36 is also provided along an upper edge of the pouch between upper portions 35, 37. A strip 39, which is peelable parallel to the fastener member, is unpermeable for air and liquid in a pouch, prevents the contents from leaking, and holds the interengaging member of the fastener out of sealingly closing region. A web is prepared settling the direction, installing the fastener, vertical side seals are formed, and contents are filled from a bottom aperture and then sealed. |
