PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale and the power consumption by providing the receiving parts and the demodulating parts in each frequency band and performing the waiting reception at a time in each frequency band. CONSTITUTION:The receiving parts 10 and 12 and the demodulating parts 14 and 15 are provided in each frequency band. Thus a user can call through a terminal with unconsciousness of the working frequency. Furthermore the transmission/reception is carried out in a call frequency ban in a calling state and at the same time the waiting reception is carried out in the other frequency band. If a call is received from the other frequency band in the calling state, an incoming reporting circuit 22 report the incoming to the user by the instruction of an incoming detecting circuit 21. Then only a single modulating part 16 is provided and switched to a transmitting part 11 or 13. In such a constitution, the circuit scale and the power consumption can be reduced.
