PURPOSE:To obtain the frozen food excellent in flavor, texture and long period storability and useful for curry and rice, etc., by joining and freezing plural frozen molded products having different qualities through a seasoning solution as a medium. CONSTITUTION:Two materials, e.g. a frozen cooked rice molded product 1 and a frozen curry molded product 3, having mutually different qualities are joined and frozen into a frozen molded product through a seasoning solution 2 containing a perfume, extract or sauce as a medium to provide the objective frozen food. |
