The holder is for a visibility screen (1) for the centre barrier or at the side of a dual carriageway road or motorway. The visibility screen (1) may have a number of upright rods (4) and is fitted with two metal legs (2) which may be of the same length. The individual legs are formed to correspond to the shape of the barrier and they are connected at the top via a joint (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - The mounting system permits police, or fire service, to mount screens on crash barriers on motorways and dual carriageways after accidents, to prevent "gawping" by other motorists, which may lead to further accidents.
