PURPOSE:To enable hot water and cold water to be selectively used by cooling stored hot water for storing it while heated contained water is being stored, and thereby making both high temperature hot water and cold water sanitary after heating has been over. CONSTITUTION:A hot water storing container equipped with a water heater section A heating contained water, and a cooling section B cooling a part supplied out of contained water heated by the water heater section, is provided with a water heater container 2 retaining the temperature of retained water for storing it, and with selective delivery means 3 and 4 selectively delivering outside stored hot water in the water heater container 2 and cold water where stored hot water is sent to the cooling section B so as to be cooled and stored in the cooling tank 14. |
