PURPOSE:To reduce noise by providing the other end of a duct connected at one end to a second opening of an upper surface of a unit body at a position separate from a first opening of a lower surface of the body. CONSTITUTION:The air sucked from the other end of a duct 21 by forwardly rotating a blower 16 is fed to a unit body 2 through a second opening 20, cooled or heated in the step of passing through a heat exchanger 7 to become conditioned air, which is diffused from a first opening 19. The air sucked from the opening 19 by reversely rotating the blower 16 is fed into the body 2 to becomes the conditioned air in the step of passing through the exchanger 7 to be diffused from the other end of the duct 21 through the opening 20. In this case, since the opening 19 is separated from the other end of the duct 21, noise generated upon sucking and diffusing of the air can be dispersed. Thus, a noise level can be reduced. |
