PURPOSE:To provide the dust collection processor for a laser beam machine for preventing fitting of spatter on the inside of a dust collecting pipe and growing up at the time of laser beam machining, and also, for collecting dust and hume, etc. CONSTITUTION:The dust collection processor 41 for cleaning separately a solid body (spatter) and gas (hume) in a spiral jet is constituted by providing a dust collecting pipe 35 provided with plural nozzles 37 for ejecting a spiral liquid jet in the lower part of a work table 3 right under a laser beam machining head 7, a filter 47 for filtering and separating spatter contained in a liquid, and a partition wall part 63 forming a spray layer in the lower part of this dust collecting pipe 35, and an air filter 67 in the vicinity of this partition wall part 63. |
