PURPOSE:To measure angles and length by referencing to the first table if the number of beaks at a specified level or above before the maximum peak is 1, and if 2 to the second table. Further, the MPU comes into a bottom surface opening defect probing mode and takes measured data into the memory 3. In addition, a defect inclination decision program 72 is executed, and table selection parameter is calculated to be stored in a storage area 62. A defect measurement value calculating program 74 compares the table selection parameter value in the area 62 with path difference, and then retrieves a defect data table 63 to obtain angle, length and width of the fault. |
