<p>PURPOSE:To endow the above pipe with anti-vibration strength and reduce the manufacturing man-hours by juxtaposing a plurality of curved resin pipes, and forming connecting parts to be joined each other in the longitudinal middle part thereof, and forming flanges integral with the pipes for attaching the opening ends to a member to be connected together. CONSTITUTION:Flange plates 12 having openings 20...22 corresponding to holes 13...15 are set on the upper and lower ends of a blow forming mold 11, and parison P is extruded into the mold 11 and is allowed to pass through the holes 13...15, and when air is blown thereafter, parison P and the flanges 12 are fuse bonded and by opening shutters 18, 19, pipes are fused each other. Accordingly, attaching flanges 5, 6 can be formed integrally to resin pipes 1...3 having a connecting part 4 by only a blow molding process, as a result, an after-treatment is obviated, thereby reducing manufacturing man-hours.</p> |
