PURPOSE:To adequately perform laser welding on a place difficult to supply with a filler metal wire by coating aluminum material with a filler metal before performing laser welding. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the aluminum extruded material 1a is coated with the filler metal layer 1b. An aluminum plate 2 and the formed material 1 coated with the filler metal are fillet welded with a laser torch 3. Even a predetermined welding part for which supply is difficult from outside with the filler metal wire is made ready for the filler metal, and the laser welding with the use of filler metal is adequately performed. In addition, since the aluminum material 1 is coated with the filler metal in advance, defects such as the lack of joint penetration are not caused easily, and welding is performed at high speed. |
