<p>PURPOSE:To improve the development of strength after curing by using spherical hydraulic particles of cement and gypsum as the major components to ensure the fluidity needed when kneaded with water by the ball bearing action, thus reducing the amount of water. CONSTITUTION:The self-leveling material is prepared from spherical particles of hydraulic dust (gypsum and cement). As the hydraulic dust is spherical, the fluidity needed can be obtained by their ball bearing action, even when the kneading water is reduced. Thus, no bleeding water occurs after application, no laitance is formed, curing is accelerated and the surface hardness is increased.</p> |
