<p>PURPOSE:To create easily a magnetic shielding body having an oxide superconductive layer, which has a large size and a uniform thickness, by joining partitioned bodies to each other, each of which has a laminar structure of at least two layers comprising a board and the oxide superconducting layer. CONSTITUTION:A partitioned body 5, which is constituted by laminating in succession a board 1, a glass layer 2, a noble metal layer 3 and an oxide superconducting layer 4, is created. Flange parts 6 are provided on the partitioned body 5, and a magnetic shielding body having a large size is created by joining the flange parts to each other with a bolt 7 and a nut 8.</p> |
