The present invention relates to a portable bearing ball seat torque measurement device, comprising: a torque measurement jig (10) coupled to a bearing (50) to measure torque; left and right support ring supports (20a, 20b) coupling an upper bearing support ring (60) supporting the bearing (50) to a bearing mount holder (30) and supporting the same, and the bearing mount holder (30) on which the bearing (50) and upper and lower bearing support rings (60, 80) are mounted; a plurality of level adjustment jigs (40) coupled to the bearing mount holder (30), supporting a plurality of lower portions of a lower surface of the lower bearing support ring (80), and adjusting a level of the lower portion of the lower surface of the lower bearing support ring (80); the lower bearing support ring (80) supported by the bearing mount holder (30), and supporting a lower portion of the bearing (50); the upper bearing support ring (60) covering and supporting an upper portion of the bearing (50), and coupled to the lower bearing support ring (80); a fixating bolt (70) coupling and fixating the upper bearing support ring (60) to the left and right support ring supports (20a, 20b); and a load cell (90) coupled to the torque measurement jig (10), measuring a weight of the bearing (50). Any one is able to easily measure a torque value on the spot, regardless of area and time; and a bearing ball seat torque measurement value is able to quantitatively be measured. Also, when a bearing is deformed with respect to an oval bearing, a cause of turbine bearing vibration is analyzed through measurement of a pinch gap and comparison measurement management to prevent vibration. |
