RESIN COATED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT PRESS FORMABILITY, COATABILITY AFTER WORKING AND CORROSION RESISTANCE

PURPOSE:To provide the resin coated steel sheet which is prevented from winding around rolls at the time of production and is improved in lubricity by improving the adhesiveness of an acrylated epoxy resin and fluororesin particles, sufficiently withstands even the extreme pressure and the temp. rise of dies in strong working and has excellent coatability after working and corrosion resistance in the production of the resin coated steel sheet constituted by forming a resin film prepd. by using the acrylated epoxy resin as an essential component and incorporating respectively prescribed rations of the fluororesin particles and silica particles therein on the surface. CONSTITUTION:The resin film consisting of the acrylated epoxy resin as the essential component and contains 2.5 to 30wt.% fluororesin particles, 1 to 30wt.% silica particles and 1 to 20wt.% ethylene glycol mono n-hexyl ether is formed on the surface of the steel sheet at 0.1 to 5g/square meter deposition.
