PURPOSE:To enable temperature control to be undertaken for maintaining the proper quality of a heated material, and improve the quality thereof by implementing the duty control of output from a microwave generation means. CONSTITUTION:A gate circuit 3 turns on and off DC power fed from a DC power supply 4 to a microwave generation device 1, according to a duty signal from a control device 2. A beam-like microwave 10 outputted from the device 1 is irradiated to a heating body 6 via an irradiation device 5. Output from a temperature sensor 15 located near the heating body 6 for detecting the temperature of a heated material M and outputting a signal corresponding thereto, is fed back to the device 2. When there appears a difference between the actual temperature of the heated material M and the set temperature of a temperature setting means 2B, the device 2 corrects the difference to zero. According to the aforesaid construction, the duty percentage of a duty signal is automatically corrected. |
