PURPOSE:To achieve higher reliability with a higher adhesion to a metal core body as well as adaptation with a complicated shape by arranging three layers so that a second layer thereof increases in content of vital affinity ceramics more toward the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A metal core body 1 comprising Ti or an alloy having Ti as main component is formed in a shape of a shell. The surface is made rough. A first layer 2 comprising Ti or an oxide of Ti is formed on the metal core body 1 by a plasma spray coating method. A second layer 3 which comprises vital affinity ceramics and Ti or an oxide of Ti while the content of the vital affinity ceramics increases gradually more toward the surface is formed on the first layer 2 made by the plasma stray coating. Moreover, a third layer 4 comprising the vital affinity ceramics is formed on the second layer 3. |
