PURPOSE:To cut a tubular body accurately and easily, preventing the occurrence of chips or eracks and the deviation in length by forming preliminarily a cutting line in right angle to an advancing direction in the process of manufacturing continuously a tubular body, bolding a long film tubularly. CONSTITUTION:A cutting line is formed in right angle to the advancing direction of a plastic sheet 1 by the rider roll with a groove edge 2 and a receiving roll 4. Said sheet is tubularly folded by using a former for shaping and a forming roll 7, and its side edges are caused to adhere with an adhesive 8, and then the tubular body is received on a receiving belt 10. Further the tubular body is cut into a firced length, lowering a cutting roll 12 at the position where the cutting line 5 is situated at the suitable position on a folding pedestal 11. The cutting line may be a perforation. There are no occurrence of chips or cracks, and the deviation in length do not occur. |
