PURPOSE:To improve operability to fasten a lapbelt by providing an anchor stay with a through ring part in a belt anchor structure of a passive belt type seat belt device and inserting a shoulder belt into the through ring part. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a device in which an anchor stay 15 with a buckle 16 at the upper end thereof which is removably-locked to the tongue provided at the belt end is connected to a bracket 18 fixed to a floor panel 17 on the center side of a room by using a bolt 20 and a nut 21 via a spring washer 19 so as to be freely rotatable in the fore and after direction, a through ring part 22 is provided to the anchor stay 15 and a shoulder belt 1 is inserted into the through ring part 22. The through ring part 22 is made of, for example, steel wire and formed by a longitudinally long ring part 22a and a leg part 22b which is bent and folded at the lower end of the ring part 22a in approximately L shape on the side surface then the leg part 22b is connected to one side surface of the anchor stay 15. |
