A premium event providing system and method using chatting are provided to hold a premium event through chatting with an advertiser to allow users to easily participate in the premium event and to accurately analyze advertising effect. A premium event providing system using chatting includes a main service system(21) for providing a predetermined online service including a chatting service through a communication network, a premium event information setting unit(22) for setting a premium event period for each advertiser, a premium event guide unit(23) for informing users who use the online service of the main service system of a premium event set through the premium event information setting unit, and a chatting server(24) for providing the chatting service and allowing the corresponding advertiser to chat with the users during the premium event period set by the premium event information setting unit. |
