PURPOSE:To enable the even pressurization process to be performed by a method wherein a pressurizing body capable of closely adhering to a working part during the intermediate pressurizing process is held by a rigid holding metal mold to pressurize a coil wire through the intermediary of this pressurizing body. CONSTITUTION:A coil wire 2 wound up around a bobbin 1 is pressurized with a pressurizing body 3 made of a material with pertinent elasticity and shape retaining properties such as rubber, elastic resin etc. The pressure P on the coil wire 2 is transmitted to the pressurizing body 3 through a holding metal mold 4 to reach the coil wire 2 while the pressurizing body 3 comprising an elastomer is deformed by increasing thrust to be brought into the complete contact with the coil wire 2 on the bobbin 1. Furthermore, the higher the pressure thrust is, the larger area of the coil wire 2 is pressurized in even state on the whole surface. Thus, the pressurized position is shifted extending over the whole coil 2. Through these procedures, the even and intermediate pressurizing process can be performed on the coil wire 2. |
